Preliminary public-record searches on October 29, 2026 used Bemitil / bemethyl / bemithyl / Metaprot, chlodantane / chlodantan and Dalargin. We did not identify an unexpired U.S. patent claiming the original molecule itself for these programs. This limited search is not exhaustive and does not establish freedom to operate.

US11365216B2 claims an intranasal Dalargin method for acute respiratory viral disease, including influenza. The published record lists it as active. These are specific method claims, not ownership of every Dalargin use. We have not established whether any claim reaches an Antaeus product.

U.S. records disclose bemithyl in fibrosis research. Reviewed issued claims in US12280026B2 and US11744808B2 concern repirinast. US20220117951A1 names bemithyl in its description, while its displayed claims concern ifenprodil and radiprodil. Family updates and continuations still require review.

RU2704126C2 is the third-party Russian formulation patent behind the heat-stress example. The reviewed family record lists Russia. A U.S. addiction-treatment disclosure also mentions chlodantane, but issued claims in US11045465B2 concern methylphenidate. Neither establishes an unrestricted chlodantane product.
